Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning, operation management, promotion, and expansion of social e-commerce channels (gatherings), and promote the expansion and landing of brands outside traditional e-commerce channels;
2. Responsible for formulating the overall strategy of the brand's product portfolio, brand promotion, online operation, and other channels in the channel, integrating relevant resources, promoting the implementation of the plan, and supervising the effect;
3. Formulate operation plans and feasible and phased marketing plans, and develop new marketing strategies to stimulate consumer demand for categories;
4. Cooperate with the brand business team, including channel operation, event promotion, design, etc., and be responsible for the team's results.
5. Familiar with daily data monitoring, marketing data, and product management, form a monitoring mechanism, and guide the adjustment strategy promptly.
Job Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in social e-commerce (Yunji, Onion, Fragrance) or content e-commerce channels (Tick Tok Kuaishou Store, ZIP), including 1-2 years of operation and management experience. A major background in marketing and e-commerce is preferred;
2. Experience in private domain operation, familiar with platform rules and promotion methods;
3. Have certain data analysis ability, find and solve problems from data;
4. Be able to plan and optimize the visual effects and product description pages of the store's Home;
5. Have a good sense of teamwork, strong execution, good learning ability, communication ability, and comprehension ability.
