Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of the project implementation plan, communication with customers to meet the project needs, the overall promotion of the project planning plan, quotation and contract, and other preliminary preparations, and the arrangement and implementation of various activities in the project implementation;

2. Formulate project time planning and schedule management, and lead the team to achieve project delivery;

3. Responsible for the implementation of activity projects, overall planning of resources, procurement, production, on-site implementation, etc., and reasonable planning and arrangement;

4. Responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relations, actively paying attention to customer trends, exploring potential cooperation intentions, and assisting the company in carrying out business work;

5. Responsible for cross-departmental and external coordination and handling of project-related matters;

6. Responsible for formulating and organizing the internal assessment and ability improvement of project members;

7. Responsible for the maintenance of the project documentation system and knowledge sharing; Perform other work assigned by the company or superiors;

 

Job Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, with a high sense of responsibility and communication skills, more than 5 years of relevant working experience in the fast-selling industry is preferred;

2. Good communication skills, execution skills, PPT writing skills, demand analysis and data analysis skills;

3. Efficient written and oral communication skills and teamwork skills;

4. Proficient in computer operation and office software;

5. Interested in the advertising industry, familiar with the management of in-store promoters;

6. Strong learning ability, high enthusiasm for work, serious work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to work under pressure;
