Job Responsibilities:

1. Talents in private domain traffic or new media operation and management positions in e-commerce companies or new media platforms;

2. Experience in building private domain traffic pools and establishing new media matrices;

3. Have the ability to plan for omnichannel customer acquisition;

4. Abundant KOL/KOC resources;

5. Track the effect of video promotion, analyze data and feedback to summarize the experience, adopt effective operation methods to increase the number of fans and followers for the account, improve the activity of fans, and finally achieve monetization conversion.

6. Responsible for the operation planning and management of Tick Tok stores, formulating operation plans and monetization plans, and achieving GMV targets.

 

Job Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of experience in new media operation and team management, familiar with FMCG industry is preferred;

2. More than 3 years of brand management experience in Internet enterprises, with professional experience in marketing, channel cooperation, brand strategy, and store operation;

3. Have corresponding new media resources, have experience in new media promotion, and have new media operation and management experience or highlight project cases that have reached a certain level of communication and influence are preferred;

4. Have good data analysis ability, and be sensitive to the transformation effect of market cooperation resources;

5. Good strategy and planning ability, innovative ability, strong judgment ability on output content and delivery effect;

6. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, e-commerce, computer, and other related majors, interested in e-commerce and digital marketing.
